Hamilton Recruitment was established in 1998 by myself – a chartered accountant at a risk management company in Bermuda – and a colleague. We understood that accountants coming to the Island did not have access to proper advice and guidance that would enable them to enjoy a smooth transition, and we realised that we were in an ideal position to make an important difference.

Equally, we appreciated that our personal and professional experience would be an invaluable tool to employers in Bermuda. By searching and screening through the extremely high volume of applications for jobs on their behalf, we could arrive at a truly value-added shortlist.

With this philosophy in mind, Hamilton Recruitment was formed: to best serve the needs of employers in offshore centres as well as ensure that candidates are able to access the best advice available in today’s Island recruitment market.

Since those early days, of course, we have expanded successfully to cover Executive Search as well as Legal and Insolvency recruitment. And we are committed to only bringing on board consultants who possess the qualities needed to drive our future success.
