Founder and Managing Consultant
Thomas is an accomplished executive recruiter with experience serving established Financial Services players and start-up enterprises. He trained with Deloitte in the United Kingdom before relocating to Bermuda, where he specialised in the Re/Insurance space, both in a consulting and an in-house capacity. He co-founded Hamilton Recruitment 20 years ago whilst living in Bermuda.
Now based in London and with an internationally distributed team, he headhunts C-suite and professionally qualified talent for Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and other leading offshore jurisdictions. Thomas is a qualified chartered accountant with an Economics degree from the University of Surrey, and is a member of the Bermuda Human Resource Association.
