Due to the geographical range of locations from which candidates can arise, we don't as a general rule interview candidates in person. We believe you are best placed to assess personality/office fit. That said, all candidates are interviewed by telephone and an assessment made as to their suitability for offshore employment, as well as a review of their skills and experience to ensure they are a good 'all-round' match for your company's vacancy.
