Which qualification do you hold? When did you (or will you) fully qualify?
Due to the strict work permit requirements, if you do not hold - or will not shortly be holding - one of the designations listed, we will not be able to represent you for jobs on the Islands. (But don't forget that if you are still at the early stages of your professional studies, you can make use now of our Advance Notice facility).

What is your marital status?
We need to know this for Immigration purposes(3)

What is your partner's occupation?
Do not leave this blank if it applies to you. If you have accompanying children, you will need to make your own enquiries into schools etc.

What type of role are you looking for?
Select one or more options. Positions in Audit require two-to-three years' audit experience whilst Financial Accountant openings require  financial statements (accounts) preparation experience. Most roles don't require financial services or US GAAP experience as full training is given.

Do you have a particular preference for destination?
Select one or more. Choosing more than one will increase your options. Most opportunities arise in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda.

What are your salary expectations? 
Expressed in US Dollars. Bermuda, the BVI and the Cayman Islands are tax-free. Relocation is included as standard in all job offers.

What is your notice period or when are you otherwise available to relocate?

General health
Prospective employers will need to know whether you are in good general health and a health check forms part of the standard Immigration process. Please either tick the below box or otherwise provide information in the Additional comments space at the end of this form.

References
Both for new employer and Immigration purposes, you will at a later date be required to obtain or provide written references of both a personal and professional (current or latest employer) nature.

Police clearance/Passport
A standard part of the work permit approval process at a later date includes obtaining a police clearance certificate confirming that you do not have a criminal record. To relocate, you will also need a valid current passport.
