Our recruitment process is extremely simple and works as follows: We review your application and, if you pass our initial screening review, we send a reply asking additional questions. This step is to firmly establish whether we are going to be able to help you in your job search offshore We then schedule a telephone or face-to-face interview with you. In this call, we discuss your background, what you're after and how we can help you We ensure your CV is fully up to date and we contact employers to identify the latest opportunities We discuss the available openings with you and forward your application on agreed jobs to the employer, with a recommendation for them to interview you We liaise to arrange a mutually-convenient time for your interview(s), ensuring you are properly prepared and know what to expect in the call or meeting We follow up with the employer and, when a job offer is made, provide you with a 'market rate' assessment of its benefits Your new employer will send you an application form for the work permit You complete the form, return it to your new employer, wait 6-8 weeks and start packing your bags!The recruitment process
