As accountants working offshore, and having
previously been through
the process ourselves of initially signing up with usual "big name" agencies
or transferring internally within large firms, we came
to appreciate that
whilst there was demand for high-calibre accountancy professionals to work
on the Islands, there was no satisfactory mechanism to facilitate these
placements.
This is particularly
the case when a candidate from a Big Four firm wants to explore the possibility
of relocating offshore, within their own firm, but does not want to go public
and 'burn their bridges' in case they are not successful in getting
the transfer
or secondment. In such instances, Hamilton Recruitment provides an excellent mediating service

We also understand how
hard it is to get impartial, accurate and practical
advice. The perception exists
that large agencies are often concerned with pushing candidates
